- Name, mobile, email; LINE user ID and display name (if you register with LINE); other fields listed on the form (e.g., district/group, dietary needs); check-in time; IP address at registration; if the event is full and you join the waitlist, the name, mobile (optional), email or LINE ID, ticket type and quantity you give for the waitlist; if you press "I have transferred" for an event that requires a bank transfer, the transfer date, last five digits of the paying account and note you enter (so finance can match the payment); ID / residence-permit number only for events that require insurance or government reporting
- Retention
- After the event the data is archived by a staff member and deleted from the registration system, which keeps only statistics without personal data (kept permanently); archived data is used only by Church staff according to their roles. ID / residence-permit numbers are deleted when the event is closed out, never go into the long-term archive, and at the latest are deleted automatically one year after the event ends. IP address: about 90 days. Backups: up to about 12 months.
- The archived registration and attendance records are kept in the Church's pastoral-care system for Church staff to care for and serve you later, with no fixed deletion date; you can ask us to stop using or delete them at any time. The registration system keeps only statistics without personal data (permanently).
